“As a child born in France with a Spanish background, I used to have Dulce de Membrillo for afternoon tea. This recipe brought back memories of when my grandma was looking after me and teaching me the Spanish language, culture and traditions. Membrillo is a traditional paste made from Quince fruit, usually served with cheese, but as a kid I was eating it just by itself. What a delicious treat from my childhood!”
