- Boil the quinoa and the lentils in a pan with water for 20 minutes. The quinoa should be light and fluffy and the lentils soft
- Then add the quinoa, lentils, sweetcorn, kale and veggie broth to a large pan and bring to a simmering heat for 4-5 minutes
- Remove from the heat and serve with your favourite crusty bread
