Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Absolute Organic Maple Syrup
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup of Absolute Organic Almonds
- ½ cup of Absolute Organic Cashews
- ½ cup of Absolute Organic Hazelnuts
- ⅓ cup of Absolute Organic Raisins
- ⅓ cup of Absolute Organic Sultanas
- OR
- Replace all nuts & dried fruit with 2 cups of Absolute Organic Trail Mix
Instructions
- In a small saucepan mix all your nuts and dried fruit with the maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
- Cook in medium heat while stirring for about 3 minutes until the syrup caramelises.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray making a thin layer with the nuts/fruits touching each other.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 10 minutes until the nuts are golden brown.
- Allow to cool, break it into pieces and enjoy!
