Spinach and Feta Hommus

- 1 tin Absolute Organic Chickpeas - drained
- 1 handful Organic Spinach
- 75g Absolute Organic Feta - crumbled
- 1/4 cup Absolute Organic Olive Oil
- 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Absolute Organic Tahini
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon Absolute Organic Chilli Powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Absolute Organic Garlic Powder
- Using a food processor combine chickpeas, feta, spinach, tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder and chilli powder.
- Once combined add olive oil and process again until mix becomes creamy and smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
