Ingredients
- 1 bag of Absolute Organic Chamomile Tea
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 frozen banana in slices
Instructions
- Prepare the tea accordingto pack instructions.
- Combine all ingredients ina blender until smooth.
- Enjoy this drink either cold served with ice cubes, or hot as a latte by simply heating it up in a pan or microwave.
