- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Banana - fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Absolute Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Absolute Organic Peanut Butter or Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Flaxmeal
- 1-2 tablespoons Absolute Organic Chia Seeds - soaked
- 1 tablespoon Absolute Organic Hemp Seeds
- 1 Medjoul Date
- 1 large handful Greens - spinach, kale, chard etc
- 1 pinch Absolute Organic Cinnamon
Instructions
