Aromatic, creamy and delicious, this recipe is the perfect accompaniment for curries, stir-fried vegetables, and many other dishes.
Creamy Coconut Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Absolute Organic Rice
- 1 can of Absolute Organic Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Wash 1 cup of rice and rinse the water
- Soak rice for 20 minutes, then rinse water.
- Dilute the coconut milk in 100ml of water.
- Move the rice to a medium pan with 1 1/2 cups of the coconut milk diluted and cook on high temperature until it boils.
- Stir it, lower heat and cover.
- Open and stir it a few times during the process until it becomes a nice texture and cooked (around 20min after lower the heat). Try it to make sure is ready and enjoy with your favourite dish.
