Raw Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Absolute Organic Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Absolute Organic Coconut Oil - melted
- 1/4 cup Absolute Organic Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Absolute Organic Rice Syrup
- 2 tbsp Absolute Organic Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Absolute Organic Currants
- 2 tbsp Absolute Organic Cashews - roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl or pyrex jug, mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter, cacao powder and rice malt syrup until well combined.
- Place 15 small silicon moulds on a small tray. Spoon approximately 3 teaspoons of the mixture into each mould.
- Sprinkle the chopped cashews, currants and cranberries on top.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 20 minutes for the fudge to set. Once they are set you can keep them stored in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
